Complices par passivité de la fraude…

Complices par passivité de la fraude sur mobile J'ai été victime d'un piratage et des paiements frauduleux ont été effectués via mon numéro de téléphone sur Roblox. Le prestataire de paiement ? Xsolla. Depuis une semaine, leur service client me fait tourner en bourrique avec une mauvaise foi déconcertante. Ils exigent des "preuves" d'une fraude informatique, ce qui est techniquement impossible à fournir pour un particulier. Sous ce prétexte fallacieux, ils refusent le moindre remboursement et se dédouanent de toute responsabilité. Xsolla brille par son incompétence à sécuriser les transactions mobiles et à protéger les consommateurs. Leur protocole de vérification est inexistant, et leur support client est un mur de serveurs vocaux et de réponses automatisées vides d'empathie. Si vous cherchez un prestataire de paiement qui ferme les yeux sur le piratage et abandonne les victimes, vous frappez à la bonne porte. Pour les autres : fuyez. Xsolla est à éviter absolument.
