Are purchased keys usually delivered quickly?

Many reviewers describe keys arriving quickly or being available immediately after purchase. However, a few report not receiving their keys, so experiences are not uniform.

Do the game and software keys work?

Many reviewers say their keys activated successfully, but some report receiving keys that had already been redeemed or did not work. A few also describe a Windows key that stopped working later.

What do reviewers say about prices?

Customers often praise the prices and deals, including discounted games and lower-cost software keys. One reviewer notes that appealing deals and selection can vary over time.

Is the site easy to use and checkout straightforward?

Several reviewers describe the site and purchasing process as simple and easy. One customer specifically reports a smooth payment and prompt access to several keys, while another found the website clunky.

How does customer support handle key problems?

Reviews are mixed. Some customers say a faulty key was replaced or an issue was resolved, while others describe long waits or receiving no response to their inquiries.

Do reviewers find a wide selection of games?

Some customers praise the available options and deals, while a few say they would like more games or more frequent additions. One reviewer describes the selection as mainly suited to PC users.

Have reviewers received free games or rewards?

One reviewer says they received free games through a giveaway and points, and another mentions options for earning free games. These are individual reports rather than a common theme across the reviews.

Used Key

Sold me a code which had already been used. Did not respond to an email or a submission on their "Contact Us" for a replacement. Update: Took them several days, but I eventually got a response with a working key. Revising my rating.

A little extra

A nice extra. I like that the points aren't just decoration; there's a way to turn them into a free game, which makes checking the site feel worthwhile even when I'm not buying much. I also picked up on giveaways as another route to a game, so it doesn't all hinge on finding a deal to pay for. That's the bit that stands out to me more than browsing the shop. A small reward system, but a fun one when it comes through. I appreciate having that little extra option.
