easy to manage

the vps has been running well, and the control panel is pleasant to use. i didn't have to hunt around to manage things, which makes day-to-day tasks feel straightforward. when i needed a hand, the support reply helped me get moving again without adding more hassle.

Thieves and bad customer service!

They take forever to respond to customers and also delete your server after payment received. With invoices and bank statement proof they still refuse to provide customer service. As a business this is bad practice. Be aware it starts out good then when given the chance they steal your monies and refuse to work with you to get to the bottom of it. Instead they put blame on the customer with proof. Crazy but thats the start of a failing business.

There is lots of better services

Server Panel still not translated, only French Language and horrible Support attitude if you come with Problems or only mention Money

A panel that stays clear

A clear panel, without much fuss. The VPS has been running smoothly for me, and the available controls made setup easier than expected. When I did get stuck, the support reply was quick and easy to follow. That combination has made managing the server feel much less fiddly day to day.

Very responsive and on top of that a Sunday

I had a problem with the combination of anti-DDoS and DNS on my Fivem server one Sunday. I directly opened a ticket on Discord in the morning, and they responded within an hour; they were very responsive and offered me a solution quickly.
