Server is unusable

I cannot recommend their server for the lack of performance and awful customer service. Our Minecraft server is running without mods and a small view distance (8 chunks). The server is unable to handle one player without lags, as soon as two people are online it crashes. The customer service was unable to help. It kept trying to blame me for using too many mods (I don't have mods) or having too little RAM for the amount of players (again, it crashes with 1 - 2 players online). The exact same server and world files work perfectly on G-Portal.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Purchased a fivem server from them then requested a refund less then 30 minutes later and they said they can only offer site credit for future hosting but I won't be using them for future hosting so that is nothing to me. Most other hosting services offer 24hr refund policy Very poor policy for a company to have. Would not recommend anyone use rlthem they are just out to rip people off.

Le plus problématique = Fly-Serv

J’ai pris un VPS chez eux et, à deux reprises déjà, le serveur a complètement crashé. Le plus problématique, c’est qu’après un simple redémarrage, le VPS ne refonctionne même pas correctement. Pour un service VPS, où la stabilité et la disponibilité sont justement censées être la base, c’est franchement décevant. Deux crashs avec des problèmes au redémarrage, ça commence à faire beaucoup. Je peux comprendre qu’une panne puisse arriver, mais quand le problème se répète et qu’un redémarrage ne permet même pas de récupérer un serveur fonctionnel, ça remet sérieusement en question la fiabilité du service. Bref, pour l’instant, je ne recommande absolument pas Fly-Serv. P

nul ne recommande surtout pas

pas de panel? il faut se connecter via une console sur steam, enlever toute protection via son compte steam, je ne trouve pas sa normal? il ne faut surtout pas dépencer votre argent ici, d'autre sont mieux et pour le meme prix (avec un panel),

Hébergeur à éviter absolument. Ce service ne mérite même pas 1 étoile. Aucune transparence, aucune déclaration légale visible, et des services supprimés du jour au lendemain sans le moindre préavis. Résultat : une perte de temps totale. La protection anti-DDoS est inexistante ou totalement inefficace. Rien ne fonctionne correctement. Le manque de professionnalisme est flagrant, notamment de la part du gérant. Inutile de perdre votre temps ou votre argent ici : passez votre chemin
