A bad look all around. The way the indie game dispute was handled left me uneasy; it came across as a larger company bearing down on a smaller developer. Seeing that, along with requests for help going unanswered, makes it hard for me to trust the people behind the games.
Several requests for help went unanswered, and that left me feeling stuck. I don't expect instant replies, but being met with silence makes it hard to trust the support process. The support also felt automated rather than useful. Not a good experience.
Stole my money and ignored my several requests and still being ignored after more than 30 days
Sehr schlechte Firma. Support nicht hilfreich und von Bots geführt. Finger weg!
Wer diese Firma nach dem Dark&Darker Thema noch unterstützt, ist verloren.
I am appalled by the behavior of this company and what their actions have caused over at IronMace. Developers of Valheim and now Dark and Darker, one of the most ambitious games to have ever come out in a very long time. This whole situation could've been avoided if this company would not abuse their power and standing in the industry to take down a beloved game by thousands all because they THINK that IronMace has stolen assets or plagiarized a game that they never DEVELOPED in the first place, please do not trust this company, they are in a bad practice just like Activision and every cash grabbing game corporation.
very cruel company trys to steal games and bankrupt other companys games
Trash Company Bogus lawsuit then DDOS attacks indie team through their whole playtest.
Trash company!
Most horrible company ever. Do not recommend.
