Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers describe a very positive overall experience. Many say orders arrive quickly, sometimes within minutes, and describe transactions as smooth and straightforward. Reviewers frequently praise staff for being friendly, patient, and helpful, including when assisting with a first purchase. Some also appreciate clear instructions that make the buying steps easier to follow....
However, a few customers report orders delayed because currency was out of stock, including cases where delivery took much longer than expected. Some also describe difficulty reaching support and getting clear answers or resolution for payment and refund concerns.

A calm bit of help when a delivery snag came up. The person stayed patient, sorted out the issue, and followed through with the remaining delivery. That mattered more than a flashy chat; I could tell what was happening and didn't feel brushed off. A reassuring experience when something needed fixing.
The trade felt straightforward, and the person helping was polite without turning a simple purchase into a whole conversation.
The trade went through fine after I had the game details wrong, and the person helping me got it sorted without making me feel silly. I was a little unsure about buying currency online, so that patient, matter-of-fact help made the whole thing feel much less intimidating.
Glad the buying steps were clear; the walkthrough took the guesswork out of my first in-game currency purchase.
Stole $200 from me. I purchased gold, and gave them my order #. The lady then told me she could not give me my gold bc I supposedly owed them $22 from 4 years ago? This made absolutely ZERO sense as I have ordered from in the last year with no problems. When I asked for an explanation or asked how I was supposed to pay this mysterious $22, I was ignored and chat disconnected. I have contacted them hundreds of times in the last 4 days and continue to get different responses. I have now been told that they are "out of stock". I was told they are "under new owners and not responsible for any orders placed before yesterday". AND NOW most recently I was told that they have "not received" my payment?!?!!? I just want my money back, it cleared my checking account so where is it? They are eager to respond and ask for an order # but then they complete ignore me once they realize they have already robbed me, I guess there is no point in continuing a conversation? The phone # is fake. They have preprogrammed responses for when people start asking for their gold or their money back. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM YOU WILL GET ROBBED!!!!!!!!! and then IGNORED.
Excellent service and delivery time. Purchased from them for over a year
