How quickly are orders delivered?

Many reviewers describe delivery or service as quick, sometimes completed within minutes. Others report waits of several hours or longer, so timing appears to vary by order.

Are delivery times consistent?

No. While many reviewers report prompt service, some say delivery took longer than expected. One reviewer noted that timing seemed to depend on when they ordered.

How do customers describe customer support?

Many describe staff as friendly, helpful, and responsive, with some praising detailed guidance. Experiences are not uniform: one reviewer reported repeated attempts to get an update without a response.

Do reviewers say they received what they ordered?

Several reviewers say they received the requested items or service. However, some report missing or undelivered orders, so fulfillment experiences differ.

What do reviewers say about pricing?

Some reviewers describe the prices as reasonable or say the service offered good value. One reviewer reports being told after ordering that the price had changed.

How have customer issues been handled?

Some reviewers say staff helped resolve a problem or offered a replacement for a missing item. Other reports describe delayed or absent communication, so accounts of issue handling vary.

No order, no update

The order never arrived while I waited for an update, and messages went unanswered. Pretty frustrating after paying.

A nice surprise

The items were better than I expected. Delivery could've been a little quicker, but I was pleased with what arrived.

After purchasing im told I must wait 5…

After purchasing im told I must wait 5 hours to receive chips. This is the 2nd time this has happened. If they know they are unable to fulfill order for such a long period of time they should alert buyer before purchase. Other than that they have been great.
