Luck o lantern. And partner event

I purchased the luck o lantern and it gave me horrible prizes. I've purchased about 6 total and the very first was a wild card the next two were good. They weren't all purchased in the same day but every purchase after that was a waste of my money. Not to mention every time I write customer service they disconnect after 3 minutes after I've waited 10 plus minutes just to speak to them. Very unprofessional. I also purchased 3 slots for myself than 3 slots for my sister. You guys were not able to fulfill my sister's slots and I haven't received a refund for them yet
