Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were satisfied with the overall experience, though a notable minority describe serious problems. Customers frequently praise the quick delivery of in-game currency and items, with some reporting orders completed within minutes. Many also describe repeat purchases as dependable, and some say prices compare favorably with other sellers....
However, some customers report delayed or unfulfilled orders, including cases where an item was unavailable after payment. A few also describe payment or order-status problems. Several reviewers say live chat or email support was slow or did not respond, including when they were trying to resolve an order or request a refund.

Across several seasons, the currency has arrived on time, and I can get back to playing without much fuss. The process has felt dependable each time I've used it. I like that it stays simple and doesn't turn a game purchase into another task to manage. That's what matters to me.
A wrong character name didn't derail things; they found me and got the currency to me. That took the stress out of it.
I have used this service for game currency and found the process quick and straightforward. My orders arrived promptly, and I appreciated being able to get back into the game without hassle. The service has felt reliable whenever I needed it, so I would gladly use it again for future purchases.
fast and easy
I used to buy POE currency for years. Lately the payment methods on their website have stopped working. I looked for workarounds including their live chat which for three nights in a row said I was first in line but no one ever wrote back. Finally I attempted to email their support (I am a VIP buyer according to their site), and no response there either. According to the website it seems like orders are being placed all the time - I'm beginning to think this is all fake. I used to buy from them so often but it's so much worse all of a sudden. Beware!
Most Quickest and reliable in-game currency service i have used so far. Spent more than 1000$ :P.
I have never had a problem with this site, even if you make a mistake and give the wrong in game character POE name, they will find you and make it right for you. Fast trades in under 5 minutes most times, but don't worry. They are easy to trust, if it is taking a while, they are just busy and are working as fast as possible to accommodate you, at least that's how I feel. I have never felt forgotten and have always gotten what I payed for, on Christmas they even threw in some for free, very nice of them.
3 PoE seasons with them, all in time and fast as they promise. I like the job they do so I can play with no worries, just the fun. Thanks for all.
Using it for years for Path of Exile currency, they are pretty fast and reliable, great service to be honest.
Reliable, fast and persistent in getting me the currency I need. I have trusted them with many large purchases I will continue doing and will continue business with them.
