How quickly do orders arrive?

Many reviewers describe delivery as quick, sometimes after contacting support. Others report long waits, including delays of several hours, and some say their orders never arrived, so experiences vary.

What is customer support like?

Many reviewers call support friendly, patient, and helpful, and describe agents assisting with questions or order problems. However, some customers report difficulty getting a response or reaching live chat.

What should I do if an order is delayed or missing?

Some reviewers say contacting support helped resolve delivery problems or clarify next steps. Others say they received no useful reply, so reviews do not indicate that every issue is resolved promptly.

Do reviewers report receiving refunds?

One reviewer describes agreeing with support on a full refund after a stock-related issue. Other reviewers express dissatisfaction with refund handling, including one who says the refund was reduced by platform fees and another who says a promised refund did not come through.

Can an item be unavailable after ordering?

A repeat customer reports that a stock change delayed an order. They say support offered an alternative variant and they ultimately chose a refund.

What do reviewers say about prices?

One reviewer describes the prices as good. The reviews provide limited detail about pricing, so they do not establish how prices compare across products or other sellers.

No full refund...

The service never came through, and the refund fell short... pretty frustrating after paying for it.

That email snag

The email not reaching my inbox was a frustrating snag, but support helped get it sorted. I appreciated having someone take the issue seriously instead of leaving me to guess what to do next. The response made the whole thing feel manageable, and once I had help, I could move on without chasing an answer. Patient, clear assistance makes a real difference when a basic step goes wrong. I left relieved that the problem had been sorted. It was a small issue, but getting a useful response changed the experience for me.

DO NOT BUY NBA2K27 VC ACCOUNTS

DO NOT BUY NBA2K27 VC ACCOUNTS. Mine got banned after assuring me it would be safe. Very disappointed. Staff also did not inform me of warranty period and just told me that it is safe and will not get banned. Told me nothing they can do about it.

Do not buy Monopoly Racers carry from…

Do not buy Monopoly Racers carry from this site. They do not perform the service and then do not give you a full refund. Better go to other service prodivers as full refund is provided with no BS about platform fees removed from your original payment.

I am disappointed.

A month ago I gave it 5 stars but now it's two, when I buy something on this website I have to wait more and more time, yesterday I had to wait 12 hours, and the most important thing is that it is impossible to contact the customer service, they always say that the waiting time is 5 minutes, but it's not, recently the shortest time I've waited is an hour and a half, today my live chat was open until three o'clock, but no one answered, I'm sorry but this has become a very bad website.
