Everything arrived intact
The packaging was the detail I noticed most: everything came tightly packed, with nothing damaged. The items were also what I had ordered, so I could get straight to using them on my island instead of sorting out a mix-up. It’s a relief when a delivery is this uncomplicated. I didn’t need anything fixed or explained afterward; everything was in good shape when it reached me. That made the purchase feel worthwhile, which was exactly what I wanted from it.
