That game-mode switch... I asked about changing what the server was running, and it was taken care of far faster than I expected. The help made the change feel straightforward, and I could get back to sorting out the server instead of losing an evening to it.
Really glad there's help with the map editor when I need it; that made getting the server configured feel much less daunting.
server setup was painless, and support helped me get things configured without a fuss. good value for a hosting service.
Amazing hosting company, with the best support and help with setting up and use of their products. Very reasonable prices for what you receive with quality products and items. Defintely recommend using this company!
Fedeste support jeg nogensidne har fået, har lige bestilt en server og har fået online support til meget mere en forventet
Love these guys, helpful, prompt and very efficient. Original set up was quick and easy. I've only had a couple of down times in all the months I've been with them and they get on the case and get things sorted in the shortest amount of time possible with updates on progress as it happens. Couldn't be more pleased, prices are excellent for the service they provide, it's a very professional and personal service. Can't fault them, highly recommended, keep up the good work.
I ordered a game server from them and they processed everything in minutes, server instalations and configuring was done very fast. Customer support is so fast and helpfull. I even had a chat with them on the facebook. I looked everywhere to find the cheapest server host for Arma 3 and they are much cheaper than other host companies. I really recomend them, you just can't miss this.
First of all I'd like to say If you want a server up and running fast and excellent customer support then look no further than these guys. I have tried many other server providers out there, even the so called big ones, but none of them come close to these. I wish I knew about these last year, it would have saved me a lot of time and money. I'd like to point out that I've got an Arma3 Exile Server and I was struggling to install some mods and configure scripts (and there was a lot), so I sent a support ticket with all the mods I wanted and they replied back within 15 minutes and told me they would have a look at them. Within a couple of hours I got a reply saying the have got them all working on there test server and sent me an invoice which was very reasonable so paid the invoice and within 15 minutes my new server with all the mods working was up and running. Honestly these guys are excellent, so if you're like me and are struggle with scripting use these guys. Also they are a lot cheaper than other companies as well, you can't go wrong. By the way I was so impressed with there service I got 2 more servers with them.
I have only been with this company for only two months, but they have excellent support. They have a map editor and a scripter who help you if you need it at reasonable prices. I requested a switch from desolation to altis life and that took only a matter of 10 minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone.
They have good services and respect the customs
