Looking at 52 reviews, most reviewers were happy with the overall experience. Many appreciate the quick, helpful support, including assistance resolving setup and server problems. Reviewers also often describe server performance as stable and setup as straightforward, with several noting that the interface is easy to use. Reasonable pricing is another recurring positive, though some reviews differ on value....
However, some customers report that the interface or server setup can be difficult to navigate, and that advertised or selected resources do not always meet their needs, sometimes leading them to consider an upgrade. A few describe lag or performance problems, while others mention waiting for support at night or receiving answers they found unhelpful. There are also isolated reports of lost game progress and dissatisfaction with account credit or a price increase.

Sorry, keine chance. Entweder reaktivieren oder löschen.
Fair price, awkward panel. The cost feels reasonable for the server, and support helped when I had a question. I found the control panel less intuitive than expected, so managing things took a little patience. Still, the server itself has been good for what I needed, even if settings take some figuring out.
The control panel was easy to find my way around, so getting started felt simple.
Also in allem Top Preis/Leistung und immer wieder gerne.
I have been using this hosting service for several projects, and my experience has been consistently positive. Setting up a server was straightforward, the interface was easy to understand, and performance has remained stable for my gaming needs. When I needed assistance, support replied quickly and gave me useful guidance instead of leaving me to search for answers alone. I also appreciate the reasonable pricing, since the service offers solid performance without feeling unnecessarily expensive. There is room for improvement around flexible resource upgrades, but that has not outweighed the reliable operation and helpful service I have received. I would recommend it to others looking for a simple, affordable server host.
