VERY FISHY!!

VERY FISHY!!! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR, JUST STAY AWAY FROM METAWIN. They Randomly closed my account without giving me any notification , I only found out after trying aimlessly to login for days and it was not working , I thought it was just broken the site; and of course you can’t chat with them unless your logged in (they thought of everything). Anyway finally an agent responded to my email and said my account was “closed due to management decision”, whatever that means. I didn’t violate any terms . Though I know why they did it, I had $600+ in comission from my brothers play and they obviously didn’t want to pay it. I messaged them about that and they kept telling me my account is closed , I said what about my commission. They ignored my first few emails and finally answered after I blasted them on discord. They said they would investigate. I didn’t have much confidence and of course, they answered a day later claiming me and brother used the same IP, which is a big fat lie. Anyway why trust a casino that you can’t trust and lies through their teeth. Stay Far away. They’re obviously having big financial issues and are almost bankrupt.

Zero customer respect & incompetent staff chasing away long-term users

I’ve been around MetaWin for a long time, but the staff they have running things now is a joke. They left a channel misconfigured on Discord, I happened to click into it, and instead of fixing their own mistake, a mod named @SirLycanEth tagged me acting like a cop and banned me on the spot for no reason at all. Zero checks, zero warning, just a pure power trip. Right after that absurd ban, I literally dumped all my MetaWin NFTs on the market at floor prices just to be completely done with them and walked away. If management lets power-hungry mods treat long-time users like garbage over their own technical blunders, this platform has no future. Absolute waste of time and money.

Find somewhere else

Unfortunately this place is run like a 5 year old with adhd who hasn't had it's medication. They change rules and how things work whenever they feel like it and provide zero communication ahead of time. Their "daily reward" has a wager requirement, have seen people get a $0.01 daily and then have to wager it 7x!!! Absolutely crazy! Any projects launched by this founder are so short-sighted and either left to falter and die when he gets bored, or sold off if they magically do well enough.
