This is by far the worst online casino…

This is by far the worst online casino I have ever played on I won $800 and they came up with everything they could to not pay me ! Don’t waste ur money at this casino! They took my winnings because they said I used a business account which is not true I have a pay card that a company sent me that they put my pay on and that’s what they considered a business account! I explain to them that the company themselves will send a letter stating that this is just a pay card that I get my payments from work on and they said that their decisions are final and they didn’t care so don’t waste your money on this casino go play a real one like mega Bonanza or real prize. Those are good casinos. I’ve been playing on those for years and they actually pay you. they don’t come up with excuses or take your money.

🛑My experience with LuckyOne.us has been very disappointing. I requested a $107.57 redemption on September 25, 2026. The redemption remained pending, so on September 28 I contacted customer support simply to ask about the status of my money. After that, I received an email stating that my account had been permanently closed for an alleged violation of Section 3.2.7(a) of the Sweepstakes Rules. My $107.57 redemption was also rejected, and the funds associated with my account were withheld. I contacted LuckyOne several times and specifically asked them to explain what requirement of Section 3.2.7(a) I allegedly violated, and which AMOE card, code, or activity they considered non-compliant. I am familiar with the rules, and I believe that my handwritten AMOE cards and codes were submitted in compliance with their requirements. However, LuckyOne did not provide me with any evidence or identify which card, code, or action allegedly violated the rules. Instead, they repeatedly stated that Section 3.2.7(a) was the basis for their decision and that the decision was final. They ultimately confirmed to me in writing that my $107.57 redemption will not be paid or credited to me, and that they will not accept any additional documentation or take any further action regarding my account. I am posting this review to document my personal experience. I have kept the emails, redemption information, and documentation related to my AMOE submissions. I believe other customers should be aware of this experience before deciding whether to use this platform. Mi experiencia con LuckyOne.us ha sido muy decepcionante. They closed my account and wouldn't…

They closed my account and wouldn't approve my $1200 redemption. Stating that I used a third party payment method. But all I did was use apple pay. Why would they offer apple pay as an option if they refer to it as third party?

🚨 BEWARE OF LUCKYONE.US – MY EXPERIENCE WITH AMOE AND A PENDING REDEMPTION I want to publicly share my experience with LuckyOne.us because I believe other players should know what happened to me. I participated using the AMOE (Alternative Method of Entry) method; I sent the required letters and paid the associated costs to participate in accordance with the established method. I received the credits, played on the platform, and made a profit. The problem began when I requested my redemption for 270 dollars. After playing (5 times) and winning, my account was cancelled/closed, and my redemption was not processed. In other words, my experience was this: they accepted my participation via AMOE, I received credits to play, I was able to play and generate winnings, but when the time came to request the redemption, my account ended up closed and I did not receive the requested money. And they don't pay me all the letters. I find this situation very concerning, and I believe it is important for anyone considering participation to know about this experience before sending their AMOE letters or playing on the platform. I have evidence of my participation, the AMOE mailings, my account activity, and the requested redemption.
