Too much digging

Finding a new game took extra digging, and the bonus rules felt like homework. I wanted a more straightforward way to browse and play.

Ridiculous rollover/playthrough rules

Ridiculous rollover/playthrough rules, and the first time I've ever seen 10x playthrough required, especially on the bonus from the wheel which can't even be progressed with redeemable balance. The KING50 sports betting promo doesn't help either, with its own playthrough that doesn't even show progress. And you also have 30 days to unlock any bonus coins (including from purchases)! Almost forgot the reward streak resets at a specific time, but you can only claim it before the time you claimed it yesterday for the streak to maintain, which means you only have up to 24 hours if you're lucky and vigilant. A good thing is the small weekly reward for tapping a button in chat.

Not the best

Games are alright, I don’t like that there isn’t a better option to find games. They are always in alphabetical order, so to find something new that isn’t 3 pots takes awhile. I also am not a fan of how long it takes to receive redemptions. I submitted around 12am on 10/20 and here we are 3 days later still pending. It’s like they want me to cancel so they don’t pay. Take off the option to cancel after 24hours.

If service felt any better, I’d think it was a setup!

I've been playing on king prize for about 6 or 7 months. but I have not verified yet. I will say; they still have their promotional welcome offer still available to me after all this time which is great! The th I ngs that keep me here are three things: 1.Daily Bonuses: consists of a daily wheel with a max 5sc win, scratchcard with a 5sc or 10sc(i might be wrong about the 10sc just going off memory) max win, AND a day to day cent value that i think increases later in the week. I've hit the max on these. and sometimes back to back which made for a great dopamine boost and fun table sessions! 2. Original Blackjack: There are a few websites I use for their original blackjack and this is one of them. I couldn't tell you why I like it, I just do! but beware! insurance at a minimum must cost a $1.00! if dealer shows ace and you are not able to accept or decline because youre betting less that $2.00, you might run into a slight problem where you may not be able continue your game, but I have worked with customer service to provide a resolution for future players that run into this f they are running bets lower than $2.00 for that $1.00 insurance. ( I don't know why. but I do not enjoy a big majority of their slots. it feels.. dated? but that's just me and im too busy playing blackjack to adventure into their collecton to offer a good opinion on them) 3.Customer service: I've had the absolute pleasure of working with one of their most patient, kind, and understanding agents! miss Claire was absolutely wonderful and worked with me through the whole blackjack process I mentioned above which definitely helped me from being a few fries short of a happy meal! Thank you so much miss claire!

One of the best social casinos

One of the best social casinos, they have pretty fast three days or less redeems and u have a great chance at winning big money. Only thing that’s not as great as others is the 500 max redeem but beyond that it’s a great one to try!

Impossible play through

Was a fan of this site until. Fraudulent and inconsistent “play through” rules cost me $120. I kept spinning and watching the amount I needed to play through increase every time I checked the redemption page. At one point I was at $150 total but could only redeem $120, so I decided to play through the extra $30 to see if I could unlock it. I played down to $120 and said ok I’ll just redeem that and be happy with it. Went to the redeem page and suddenly only had $70 available to withdraw (of the $120). Played FOR HOURS trying to get back to the $100 minimum and could not, coming only as close as $94 and eventually plummeting to $0. Unacceptable business practice. You guys have lost a longtime customer over $120. Hope it was worth it.
