Misleading VIP Rewards Program & Extremely Disappointing Customer Service!

I am honestly SO disappointed with Lucky Hands right now!! I was a Sapphire VIP member, and my account clearly showed my progress toward Diamond. I was GENUINELY working toward reaching Diamond to receive the 100 SC achievement bonus. That was my actual goal! I spent my time and money earning Clovers because I believed I was getting closer to that reward. Well, imagine my surprise when I finally thought I had reached my goal, only to be told my Clovers had RESET on September 1 and I was actually working my way through Emerald again! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I was NEVER personally notified about this reset! My account continued showing Sapphire, so how was I supposed to know the Clovers I was earning were going toward a completely different seasonal tier?! And before Lucky Hands responds with the same explanation I’ve heard about 20 times, YES, I understand that my Sapphire VIP benefits remain active. THAT IS NOT MY COMPLAINT!! My complaint is how misleading the progression was! I was working toward a specific reward based on what YOUR platform was showing me! Customer service made the entire experience even worse. I repeatedly explained my concerns, only to receive the same explanation about seasonal resets over and over. I had to ask TWICE to speak with a supervisor, and even then, my messages were repeatedly left on read. After I shared a screenshot of the warning on Lucky Hands’ Trustpilot page regarding fake reviews being removed, the supervisor finally began addressing my concerns more directly. Whether that timing was coincidental or not, it certainly didn’t inspire confidence. The supervisor has now acknowledged a possible discrepancy with how my VIP tier was displayed and says the issue has been reported for further investigation. BUT HERE’S MY PROBLEM! Correcting a misleading display doesn’t make things right for the player who relied on it! I wasn’t randomly asking for free SC. I was genuinely working toward Diamond because that’s what I believed my account was telling me I was progressing toward! I have dated screenshots showing my Sapphire status, my Clover progress, and the achievement rewards displayed on their platform. I have specifically requested that Lucky Hands honor the 100 SC Diamond achievement bonus as a goodwill adjustment, but so far, I haven’t received a direct answer about whether they’re even willing to consider that request. Players deserve to know EXACTLY what they’re working toward, especially when they’re spending real money on a platform! I’m glad the display issue is supposedly being investigated, but that doesn’t change how misleading and frustrating this entire experience has been. I shouldn’t have to fight this hard just to get my concerns taken seriously. Extremely disappointed in Lucky Hands!

I'm at Sapphire and not one redemption

I'm at Sapphire, and never won enough for a decent redemption. I play regularly, and yes, have hit some decent bonuses on a couple games, but they are few and far between. If you do hit anything decent and keep playing it will be gone quickly as the games never have winning streaks, only losing streaks. All the sites are running these same games and they are set up horribly. Its ok for the business to make money, but these games are raking in millions of dollars for them. I never got the birthday bonus it says you're supposed to get which was in September. Its pretty sad. Being at Sapphire proves I've given the site a solid chance to prove itself and the claim these games are completely random cannot be true. You can tell almost immediately on many games whether its a dead spin or not. That's not random. Many of the perceived progrssion bonuses go to max limit and we'll beyond before popping. Big number balls fall all over the screen, but when bonus pops its all low numbers always. That's not random. Never seen any 1000x or 500x ball and usually if the 50x, 100x, or 250x ball lands its either a dead spin, or a single line hit for pennies. Whoever is making these games is part of the problem.

I'm really dissatisfied with the…

I'm really dissatisfied with the loyalty club, they keep on making changes to it and it keeps getting harder to progress. I'm a sapphire member, which is pretty high up there, but I've earned way more than enough to be diamond by now. But I'm sure I'll never get there since their new system resets every 90 days...bummer. The manager reached out to me and explained the new system, I was speaking on old system. I have won lots of money here and their cash outs are instant.

Super shocked about the reviews.. I've cashed out thousands. I took away 1 star bc I don't like the new redemption process. I used yo be able to get up to $1000 instantly. Now they go by tier levels & I don't like it. I've been waiting on $780 since Thursday morning & it used to be instant. So moving fwd I'll redeem my instant max & redeem the rest the next day. Not worth the wait. But casino itself is A1. You can absolutely win big and cash out.
