A bad choice

What a bad experience. The tempting offer should have made me pause; after ordering, I found enough warning signs to regret trusting the site.

No update after checkout

After the confirmation email, nothing. No shipping update followed, and my attempts to get an answer went nowhere. I started to worry after finding warnings elsewhere, so I contacted my card issuer about the charge. I should have checked the site more carefully before placing an order.

Maxvio is a complete fraud. BEWARE!

Maxvio is a fraud. There is no website, there is no company. It’s people in Vietnam using Shopify in the USA to steal money. I reported my bank, who replaced my credit card, and hopefully within 10 days they will reverse the charges. If you came here to check on Maxvio before giving them money, you’re already smarter than me. ;)

DONT DO IT !! SCAMM

ordered a hammock stand 6/7/2020, website seemed legit, got a receipt instantly, expected a tracking number within the next day or so. tracking info never came, a couple weeks later i start looking into it and BAM !! a ton of horrible reviews, literally on the phone now with my bank. SCAM CITY !

I have ordered a el gato game capture from this Maxvio.com and have sent them two emails about it and have not heard from them they don’t have customer service they are indeed a scam they have scammed me 117$ Never again will I shop here

I ordered a Cam Link 4 to live stream…

I ordered a Cam Link 4 to live stream my church services as other sites were sold out of the Cam Link 4. Phony email processing notice sent to me, Web site was an Arts College in St.Louis who never heard of Maxvio. This is a total scam; stay away, far away from them. I used American Express who has removed the charge from my account, Thankfully. I will be receiving a new AMEX card as I cancelled the card I used for this purchase.

Total scam....charge is foreign and not in MA as the site indicated. I was concerned and should have paid full price at a big box store. Now I'm concerned about identity theft. Anyone having issues with that?
