The server stayed online after I moved its region, and changing settings hasn't been a hassle. The control panel is clear enough to handle updates myself, which is a relief when I just want to get the game running. I like being able to manage the basics without having to ask for help.
The server has been running well, and when a snag came up, support got it sorted without a long exchange.
Had issues (not logic servers fault) but quick to respond extremely helpful explained what the issue is in a very easy to understand way, really know thier stuff had other server providers with a long response time had 3 lovely people help me with a zomboid server all 3 was massively helpful very polite had several servers from them over the years and the customer support has never failed never been rude and always a fast response would recommend them to anyone over other providers very reliable good quality servers went so far as to log into the sever for me to test to see if all worked as intended above and beyond couldn’t complain and cheep for what you get 10/10 would be using them again always my first choice : ) good company the best providers I have used! A. Harper (customer service rep) knows thier stuff if you need help and get a response from them you’re in very good hands! I have hosted servers for multiple different games at this point through these guys. Never had any complaints customers service is fast and friendly. I had issues with the Valheim server earlier today and James spend a few hours going back and forth until we found the solution ! Thanks James !

Something was off the first time setting up the Valheim server (probably my mistake lol) and the support person was replying and helping me within 10 minutes. Couple messages back and forth and everything works. I'm honestly pleasantly surprised! 10/10

Have always had a great experience hosting with Logic Servers, and the service has always done exactly what I need it to do. I recently had my account hacked, and the team were exceptionally helpful in the account recovery process and responded to my queries VERY quickly. Absolutely fantastic customer service.
The service was wonderful. I’m not the smartest person when it comes to computers or hosting servers or any of that stuff. Took a bit of troubleshooting to get my server sorted out. But the team were there every step of the way and solved all my problems for me. Awesome job
