5/5 Sterne – Perfekter Einstieg als Neukunde für meinen FiveM-Server!

Als absoluter Neukunde im Bereich Server-Hosting habe ich mich für GPORTAL entschieden, um meinen eigenen FiveM-Server aufzusetzen – und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Warum ich als Neukunde absolut begeistert bin: • Blitzschneller FiveM-Start: Die Einrichtung des GTA V / FiveM Servers war innerhalb weniger Minuten erledigt. Der Server war sofort online und bereit. • Einsteigerfreundliches Interface: Da ich neu bin, hatte ich etwas Respekt vor den Einstellungen. Das Dashboard von GPORTAL ist aber so übersichtlich, dass man sich sofort zurechtfindet. Ressourcen-Management und Backups sind kinderleicht. • Top Performance & Ping: Der Server läuft absolut flüssig. Meine Spieler und ich haben fantastische Ping-Werte, und die Performance bricht auch bei komplexeren Skripten nicht ein. • Starker dDoS-Schutz: Gerade bei FiveM ist das ein riesiges Thema. Die Server von GPORTAL sind hervorragend geschützt, wir hatten bisher keinerlei Probleme mit Angriffen. Als neuer Kunde fühle ich mich hier bestens aufgehoben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die unkompliziert einsteigen wollen!

Over Five Months of Frustration

I have been a GPORTAL customer for a long time and, while the server itself generally performed adequately, my experience with customer support over the last several months has been disappointing. The biggest issue was not the technical problem itself, but the amount of time it took to get meaningful responses and progress toward a resolution. I often felt that I had to repeatedly follow up, and I did not feel that my concerns were fully addressed. The resolution and compensation offered did not seem proportionate to the inconvenience and time involved. The Gamecloud interface is generally easy to use, and server setup is straightforward. However, customer support and communication are areas that need significant improvement. Faster response times, better follow-through, and a stronger focus on customer satisfaction would go a long way toward restoring confidence. Based on my recent experience, I cannot currently recommend GPORTAL, though I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their support processes.
