The value for the hardware is what stands out to me. The control panel took a bit more getting used to than I expected, but when I needed help, the replies were quick and clear. For the performance you get, that tradeoff feels worth it for my server 🙂
Not the best customer support, iv seen better but everything else is 10/10
Great customer service, help was through discord and super slick. Very thorough and quick.
The console is easy to get around, and my server has been running without trouble. I don’t have to fuss with settings just to keep things going, which is a relief when I’m setting up a game for friends. It’s been a straightforward experience so far.
Fast responses and very nice and helpful! The upgrade from my former server host to Dedicatedmc is by far the best choice I made for my SMP!
I used and am still using Dedicated MC for my Minecraft Civilization Events and just wrapped up my first event using Dedicated The server is amazing Non of the players experienced lag. With other places I have used we had DDOS attacks and so many other issues and horrible staff but dedicatedMC had none of this and when we did have glitches or issues the staff were ON it helping out and fixing it asap! Overall the console is easy to use and not confusing and everything had been fantastic Would recommend!
Been using them for about 3 years and honestly a solid starting hoster. I do have to say their support team consistency which is one of their best features has gone a bit downhill with the response rates taking sometimes an entire day. The panel also has a few bugs and feartures that dont work but they are still fixing. Overall decent hosting though.
Really pleased with the quick support; my server migration was handled smoothly and without fuss.
This is Not good.
