Modpacks run well
Heavy modpacks have run smoothly for our small group, and the price feels fair. That's pretty much what I wanted.

Got my server running with a little help, and the replies were genuinely quick 🙂
I found the server easy to configure, and support quickly helped me resolve setup questions. My server runs smoothly, the pricing feels fair, and I appreciate how clearly everything was explained.
Super easy to setup, didnt take me two hours totally, no errors at all. Doint fucijng buy this
Customer service is genuinely amazing! Super cheap, I've used for two servers now. Definitely the best server holster out there imo
We've been using ModReady for a couple months now as our go-to Minecraft server provider due to their affordable rates, ease of use, and quality customer service. We usually play with an average of 5 players playing heavy modpacks (200 ish mods). We decided to refresh and play another modpack (Vault Hunters 3), however that modpack had issues at the start which caused us to almost drop it such as first time generation of the modpack constantly leading to out of memory states. Luckily for us support replied on the same day (despite it being a Sunday) and got the modpack to work for the server entirely without any input from myself! Due to the initial issue with the modpack, they had to move the server to a node with plenty of RAM (the old one was too full for VH3), and they let it generate a fresh world now that it has the memory to finish. VH3's first-time generation was the issue but now that it's done the server works perfectly! The best part about this is that no one told them to do this yet they did which is why they've gained a loyal customer. For the price, the 10GB RAM server is what we currently use and it runs perfectly for 5 players playing heavy modpacks (200 ish mods). Other server providers for the same stats require at least double the price which I'm not very keen on. In addition to that we're playing in the UAE/GCC and the servers closest to us still has great ping for the server! I rarely ever feel any lag or interruptions which is another great reason for why we will remain to use ModReady as our server provider. Highly recommend them for anyone willing to host their minecraft server on to play with friends, great cost and value, great reliable service, and I've actually got humans to reply to me in my tickets although their support agent(?) solved my issues and concerns most of the time. For someone who doesn't want to dabble in VPS and cloud stuff as it's a hassle, this one is a much better option for those who are not so tech savvy or some who just want something to work fresh out the box.
Only a SCAM! I boughta Server because I want to Play with my Friends, but the Server doesnt work. I made a DC Ticket. Everyone was online, but noone cares. The next day, the same.
Only having problems with this hoster, and no option to contact an actual human. Not recommended
Beware of this company! We chose ModReady because they advertise premium hardware, enterprise-grade infrastructure, high performance and 24/7 support from real humans. Let me tell you... No. Our Minecraft server launched with around 30 players and immediately became unplayable, despite having good hardware! TPS dropped from 20 to as low as 1.5–3.5, despite PURCHASING an additional CPU Boost. Even after paying extra, performance remained extremely poor and the server repeatedly crashed, forcing us to shut down our launch. After investigating, we discovered our server was running on an nearly 10-year-old Intel CPU rather than the advertised Ryzen 9 7950X. Support interactions were handled entirely by AI, and at no point were we able to reach a real human. The AI panel staff confirmed hardware ciscrepancies and revealed that NONE of the European servers were running on the advertised hardware. Also important: Extremly high RAM overallocation ratios, with some server nodes allocating over 1 TERRABYTE of customer RAM on system with LESS than 100 GB of physical memory. Migration attempts failed, because nodes were already at or beyond their limits. Good to know: All of their servers were at least at 15.000% CPU limit and all of them at least 800%+ overallocated on the RAM. The biggest issue isn't the poor performance itself, but the service / advertisement does not match in any way with what was promised. What to note aswell: Nearly every review here was posted from fake accounts in january, all of them with no other reviews. See for yourself! Do not use ModReady under any circumstances - stay away from this provider!
