Down button dead from the start... and the reply about fixing it didn't help. I couldn't get a useful answer afterward, so the whole thing felt like more hassle than it was worth. The controller also didn't seem genuine to me, which made the poor experience harder to shrug off.

The order never arrived, and messages went unanswered. I was left without the controller and no clear way to resolve it. The low price was not worth the uncertainty, so I would avoid ordering here. A missing item should not end with this much silence.

Sells counterfeilt controllers and tells it is genuine japanese ones. Return it costs same price as the controller.. lies and smart scam. Pay a few bucks more and get you a genuine one, avoid that company.
Do not order from them. I repeat DO NOT ORDER from them. My son ordered a customer Spiderman controller and the down button on the d-pad does not work and gave him some BS on how to resolve his issue. The phone number on the site doesn't even work and now no responses by email. If they're smart they give my child his mo ey back or their business will cease to be.

Ve lo posso consigliare solo per i prezzi che ha ma dalle altre recinzioni non so se possiate avere la sicurezza dovuta quando si fa un ordine. Il mio ordine è arrivato, senza lo scatolo ma solo con il controller imballato da TANTO TANTO incarto di plastica. Ho avuto l’ansia che non arrivasse perchè non ha tracciabilità, è stata un’ansia.
Controller non originale che non funziona bene, senza confezione. Prezzo basso per questo motivo.
