No answer when I needed help

Really FRUSTRATING - my order stayed at confirmation, and I couldn't get a reply when I asked for help.

A quick reply mattered

A minor order issue, handled without a long back-and-forth. I’ve ordered more than once, and when something needed sorting, the reply came quickly and the problem was resolved promptly. That made the experience feel much less stressful than it could have been. The delivery was quick too, but what stood out most was not being left to chase for an answer. It’s reassuring when a shop follows through once a question comes up, and that’s what happened for me. I appreciated that straightforward help right when it mattered.

Just order from somewhere else...

I've ordered from fatalgrips before (about 4 years ago) and did on many occasions back then, I assumed they'd still be the same reliable company that they were but my order has been held at "order confirmed" for 15 days. I wanted to get my brother thumb grips for Christmas and ordered 20 days in advance, unfortunately that's not going to happen. Just contacted customer service for a refund, but even with a refund they still deserve 1 star for this horrible decline in service. *UPDATE* After contacting customer service I have still not heard back from them. Quite literally like a scam website, they have taken the money and not updated me since...

Customer Service?

No these guys even have a CS team, Issue with order, 1 of the grips was damaged, emailed twice with no response

Bought three items. Received only two. Emailed customer service three times. No response. I would not trust this company to honor their side of deal.
