Zelda Breath of the Wild

Bought the Zelda Breath of the Wild soundtrack vinyl (2xLP limited edition). Took about 45 days to arrive, but it came well packed and in perfect condition. Excellent!

10/10 Customer Service

I've used Laced Records one time for a pre order item (RuneScape 25th anniversary vinyls) I needed to contact customer service twice - and they were very responsive both times. The first time was a simple address change. The second time, my pre order item arrived but some of the cardboard inserts were damaged. I contacted customer service for 2 replacement pieces, and within a week they arrived to me. I highly recommend Laced Records and would purchase from them again in the future!

BEST CUSTOMERS SERVICE EMPLOYEES EVER!!!!

This company and it's customers service is the best i ever had!!!! I am a customer from the netherlands and i never had such great help and service from any shop in the netherlands!! NEVER!!! Lovely artwork

A pre-order question got a useful answer, and the CD artwork was lovely once it arrived. Everything was packed well and in excellent condition. I care about presentation, so seeing the covers look this good made the purchase feel worthwhile. Nothing flashy, just a release that felt thoughtfully put together.

They'll charge a ton for shipping, delay your package a month, then they'll ship in the absolute slowest and cheapest method they can so that it takes 2 weeks to get to you.

Great experience, highly recommended!

Everything was absolutely great! The record arrived very well packed and in perfect condition, with no defects at all. There were some issues with the delivery, which were actually caused by a mistake on my side, but the Laced Records team helped me resolve everything quickly and always responded promptly. I’m very happy with both the product and the customer service. Definitely recommend them, and I’ll be happy to order again in the future if I see something I like.
