The setup came together much faster than expected; the panel made adding MLOs and clothing straightforward, and getting the server ready in about an hour was a relief. There was a lot included, but the installation felt manageable, which helped me get started without second-guessing every step.
The upgrade left my server without a connection at first, which was frustrating. The billing snag was corrected and the team helped get it online properly, so I ended up with a workable result. I appreciated that they dealt with the issue rather than leaving me stuck.
Bought the vmenu package, theres multiple asset files missing, quiet a few errors, tored contacting support, did talk to them a few times and tried to explain, nothing really got done. Not sure who to blame but i bought the package from them (ready to install and work) but doesnt work properly. I will not be renewing ir spend money on this unless something gets done and it gets fixed. I will throw this out there kim was alot better at responding than tom. Tom might respond once and you never hear from him again. The discord verification is a bunch of bs, as i never got verified for some-reason. The ONLY way to confact support is by ticket, no call no email and cant get them on discord. So it makes it all really hard to explain.
I bought the qbcore all in one package as well as hosting, and I must say i am enjoying it so far their panel makes it much easier to install MLOs , Clothing ETC. Glad I found this got my custom server up in an hour !

You really can't ask for a better company to not just get scripts and servers from but the top notch service as well. I have been a customer for around 6 months and whenever I have an issue, whether it is something thta may be on their side or if it is something that I missed or did wrong. They are fast to respond and help, always kind and patient as well. Everyone from Tom, Will, and Kim are golden and grat people. I highly recommend their product all day long!!!
Service is terrible. Customer service claims to have fixed the problem yet did nothing to correct the issue. They offer a 24 hour refund policy but when you request a refund due to their services not even working they beat around the bush to get you out of the 24 hour period so they don't have to refund you. There is no real solutions.
A server issue got sorted out quickly, and the replies were clear. Really helpful service.
I completed a server upgrade it has been a nightmare. I am left with an upgraded server with no internet connection. Tom did reach out to me for VPS to properly go online and they rectified the billing issue. They understood the situation that I was in and made it right. I will continue to do business with HTNetwork going forward.
So i purchased a fivem server i paid for the packages has well an extra 30 dollars for them to install and set up the server. They didnt do what i paid for I ws told that it would be set up in about 2 hours however it was not. apperently customer service has they say was not open. they issued me a 34 credit but not what i completley paid for. This company really sucks. luckly i padi threw paypal i will be dealing with them about getting my money back.
