A quick answer when I got stuck... support replied promptly and helped me get past the problem without a drawn-out exchange. That took the pressure off while I was learning to manage a Minecraft server, and I could get back to it instead of guessing at every step. 😊
A friendly start. Getting a modded server set up was straightforward, and the panel didn't take long to figure out. Nice when you're new to hosting.
Everything was simple to use and set up for a modded Minecraft server for my friends and me. We rarely had issues and any that did occur would either only require a restart or was something on my part. For such a great service, the cost was surprisingly cheap too.
The support team replies fast and their system are effecient. The files for their hosting server are easy to modify and very beginner friendly. Good for first timers starting/hosting a server.
What made my experience great is that the support team and the panel is easy to handle. support team replies fast and I haven't got any issues in the past few weeks/days that I've been using this on! i've known snownode hosting since 2021 and all I can say is that their hosting services is a very reliable one! back in 2021, the support replies fast-- till now!
I have been searching forever for a good Minecraft host in Asia. I can now say I have found the good host in Asia! Snownode has been the absolute best of all the hosts I have used. Very happy with their support and services.
Ever since I just started they really help me out alot and added new services which is handful. Hope the snownode team continue their great service. I really appreciate their help!
The server hosting service is great and the support team is just phenomenal. I have not had an issue with them yet that was not resolved quickly and in a satisfactory manner. I have no problem recommending them to everyone.
Good service, customer support is there. Unlike EnviroMC, non existence! Pay what u get.
