What a relief to get an explanation that made sense. I had a basic setup question, and the guidance was patient rather than making me feel silly. I could follow the steps and get on with running the server. That kind of help matters to me.
The servers are unreliable, the prices are unreasonable, and you barely get any support. It takes around 1–2 days just to get a response. I wouldn’t recommend them.
The mod controls are easy to use, so tweaking a server doesn't turn into a chore. Nice little touch.

I've been using GTX for about a year now and honestly I have had nothing but a brilliant experience. I only host small servers for me and a few friends and the ability to switch my service between games is perfect. They're always quick to respond and it never takes more the 5 minutes to change. I cant fault them at all.
Backup system failed, lost a week worth of backups. Support was responsive (except one support member who said backups shouldn't have been accessible in the first place despite always being there and working for years) and they did what they could to retrieve the backups, however those were older they were not for the correct dates.
Clear help when I needed it, with quick replies and a fix that made sense.

I gave GTX a poor review on 9/7/2026, gave them 2 stars, Cut a long story short i gave them another chance, opened another Arma2 server with them a couple of days ago, Modded my server for Namalsk Map andded my scripts and missions, loaded up server and started it up, manage to join straight away no problems server running smoothly no lagging, FPS running around 90-120. So great to be back with you again. keithr
spoke with david about a login issue i was having with the client area, turns out we had to replace the two sticks and the rock supporting the australian NBN. david was extremely helpful and professional going above and beyond to help me diagnose potential causes and kept me up to speed on what was happening with timely responses until the issue was resolved. 10/10 david you are a credit to your team.
