How quickly is a game server usually set up?

Experiences vary. Some reviewers said their servers were ready within hours or by the next morning, while others described a longer wait, including one report of more than 24 hours. One reviewer noted that service activation could involve a manual wait of up to 24 hours.

What do reviewers say about customer support?

Support is one of the most frequently praised aspects, with many reviewers describing staff as helpful and responses as quick and practical. A few report slower help or not receiving a response, so experiences are not uniform.

Are the game servers reliable and responsive?

Many reviewers describe good performance and stable service, including for Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa Competizione servers. A few mention intermittent problems or occasional server strain, so reliability was not consistent for everyone.

Is the server easy to configure and manage?

Some reviewers found setup and the management interface straightforward, including editing server files and settings. Others mentioned a learning curve or wanted clearer instructions and an easier way to adjust settings while using the server.

Do reviewers consider the service good value?

Several reviewers describe the prices as fair, competitive, or good value, including customers who mentioned running game servers over time. These are customer impressions rather than a guarantee about current pricing.

Can customers view server statistics and timing information?

One reviewer wanted a way to view server statistics and times. The reviews do not establish whether those features are currently available.

The guide did the trick

The setup made sense once I found the guide; I barely needed to ask for help getting my game server sorted. 🙂

Extremely helpful, fast service and always open to assist with any issues in a timely manner. Reimbursment for downtime has also been extremely fair and includes an extremely friendly support team.

Second to none

The service you receive is second to none. Once ordered, you can usually expect the server to be up and running within a couple of hours. I now have 3 and their value for money is great.
