How quickly do orders arrive?

Many reviewers describe quick dispatch and delivery, often within a day or by the next morning. A few report parcels lost in transit, with reviewers describing a replacement or refund in those cases.

Do second-hand items arrive in good condition?

Several reviewers say pre-owned games and hardware looked nearly new or had no noticeable wear. Others report that items matched their descriptions and worked as expected, though one reviewer found a console's modification status differed from what they expected.

Are items packed carefully?

Many reviewers praise careful packaging, including protective packing for games and other products. One reviewer also said a request for extra packaging was followed.

Are prices and selection good?

Reviewers mention attractive prices and a choice of games and hardware, including second-hand games. Experiences with selection vary: one reviewer found the range limited, particularly for games.

Is ordering on the website straightforward?

Several reviewers describe the website as clear and ordering as easy. One reviewer noted that a previous order sometimes remained in the cart, creating a risk of ordering it twice.

Can an order be collected in person?

One reviewer describes collecting an order the morning after ordering and being helped by friendly staff. This is an individual reported experience, not confirmation of current collection arrangements.

How have reviewers found customer service when something went wrong?

Several reviewers describe helpful responses when parcels were lost or an item arrived damaged, including refunds, a replacement shipment, or a discount. One reviewer, however, said they did not receive helpful support after finding product images and descriptions misleading.

Parcel sorted out

The lost parcel was dealt with promptly after I got in touch, and the replacement came through without a fuss. That was a relief.

A good find

Really pleased with how quickly it was sent, and I liked having plenty of games to browse. The site was easy to use, so choosing something didn't turn into a whole project. There were several options that caught my eye. Nice to find a decent range 🙂

Proactieve en goede service

Zending was door Postnl kwijtgeraakt, gemaild en kreeg direct een mail terug met daarin het aanbod even te wachten. Na de termijn direct een nieuwe zending gestuurd gekregen. Top service.
