Order #015662: Two months of unfulfilled delivery promises and non-delivery
I placed an order (Order #015662) with Gamerium for a PlayStation 5 Pro on 29 July 2026, having checked stock availability prior to purchase and being informed the console would be available for delivery in August. Unfortunately, despite numerous follow-ups, the product was never dispatched.
On 18 August, they confirmed in writing that the order would be dispatched that week. That commitment was not met. After further enquiries about the ongoing delay, a £15 goodwill refund was issued in early September, but the console remained unsent. By late September, emails requesting an update went completely unanswered.
Having waited over two months—well beyond statutory delivery timeframes—I issued a formal deadline of 2 October 2026 for dispatch confirmation or a full refund. This deadline passed with no response or dispatch.
Consequently, I opened a dispute through Clearpay for non-delivery of goods. Clearpay handled the claim promptly and issued a full refund. The misleading timescales and failure to supply goods have also been reported to Trading Standards.
While communication was polite early on, multiple written commitments were broken, communication eventually ceased, and the item was never supplied. I strongly advise you to avoid this company. If you attempt to place an order then you should use a payment method with robust buyer protection.
