How quickly do orders arrive?

Many reviewers describe quick delivery, sometimes within a day, but others report delays beyond the expected delivery window. Experiences vary, so the reviews do not point to a consistent delivery time.

What condition are the second-hand games and consoles in?

Many reviewers say games and consoles arrived clean, in good condition, and working as expected. Others describe damaged or faulty items, so condition is not consistent across all reported experiences.

Are the PS4 controllers reliable?

Reviews are mixed. Some customers are pleased with their controllers, while others report problems such as drifting, buttons that do not work, short battery life, or controllers that disconnect or only partly function.

Do reviewers consider the prices and game selection good?

Many reviewers describe the prices as reasonable and say they found the games or second-hand equipment they wanted. Some also appreciate the range of products available.

What do reviewers say about ordering and packaging?

Some find the website clear and easy to navigate, and report that items were securely packed and matched their order. Other reviews describe orders with missing parts or the wrong product.

How are problems, returns, and customer support handled?

Experiences differ. One reviewer says missing parts were eventually replaced and the issue resolved, while others report difficulty getting help, delays in responses, or paying return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

A pleasant surprise

What a relief, the used console looked neat and was ready for setup without fuss 🙂

Like new to me

Like new, really. The pre-owned controller looked barely used, which was a nice surprise.
