A decent buy, with a small snag

The game got here quickly... the cartridge needed a clean before it would read, and the packaging felt a bit flimsy, but it was still a decent buy.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience Jokes on Gameloot. The disc I sent them, which they returned claiming it had scratches, was actually scratchless, fully working, and in mint condition. The very same day I received the disc back from Gameloot, I sent it to another similar platform, GameNation. Today, they inspected and approved the exact same disc and classified it as Mint Condition. I’ll shortly be receiving the payment for it. This seriously raises questions about Gameloot’s testing and quality-check process. They should have a proper check to ensure that their testers are performing their jobs carefully and accurately. The entire experience was extremely unsatisfactory and inconvenient, costing me a considerable amount of time, effort, and frustration. To make matters worse, their customer support was of little help in resolving the issue. Because of this experience, Gameloot has unfortunately lost me as a customer. I’ll be using better alternatives such as GameNation in the future and will certainly recommend them to people I know. I even have pictures of the disc for reference and the screenshots of test results of gamenation. The fact that another platform inspected the exact same disc and accepted it as Mint Condition speaks for itself. Very disappointed with Gameloot and their handling of the situation. Didn't happen in my case but some reviews even say that they keep the clean discs and return the scratched/non working ones.

Decent experience, but I wouldn't trust for high value orders

I ordered a nintendo switch game card, the order was delivered fast in 3 days, but the cartridge was just taped in a game box, and it could have been easily damaged. The catridge was not being read by the console initially, and I had to clean it multiple times. The experience was ok, but I wouldn't trust them for high value orders

Loyal customer punished for pre-existing scratches

"I have been dealing with Gameloot since they were a small business, but unfortunately, as they’ve grown into a bigger shop, their customer service has become incredibly arrogant. Last year, I bought an Apple Watch Series 6 (44mm) from them. It arrived with some minor scratches, but I didn't complain at the time because I trusted the company. I barely used the watch—maybe 3 or 4 times in total. After a year, I decided to sell it back to them for half the price I paid. When the watch reached them, they suddenly claimed it was 'full of scratches' and refused to take it back. I did not add any new scratches to this device; they are rejecting it for the exact same wear and tear it had when they sold it to me! It is completely unfair to sell items in one condition and then refuse to buy them back under the same conditions. Very disappointing experience. I will not be doing business with them again."

It was unprofessional like it sayed that cash on the pickup but then pick up told that the you will recieve the payment after 2 days how can I trust them ?.

Idk about others but for me i purchased a graphics card in cheap price 6k for 1650 graphics card. A great deal after 8 months also working fine no issue at all.

BEWARE

I sent them flawless CDs for exchange with perfect packaging, they called me after some days saying the CDs have scratches and they cannot take them and they will send them back. They sent back scratched up CDs which were not mine with the gameloot stamp on them and all my boxes were broken.
