10 years with company, its fell apart

Ive been with this company and supported since it started, spending over a 1000 on the bot and accounts. There was a time we actually got support, but as a vip member, and even buying new accounts, I got left to burn. Paid services to install again, bought new accounts, reported day 1 issues; and response is its my system, without even looking back at the system. Same system used with gnbots for years, but they install on top of installs. Sat in discord chat for weeks waiting on a response as Nero just doesnt respond and ignores. I gave this company rave reviews years ago because of his stellar support, I dont know whats happened to the company. At this point buyer beware, your not going to get help, does not matter when you pay for the bot and them to install the bot again, they are not going to be there for you (read other reviews with same problems). Currently Im stuck with 200 in additional services on top of the 1000s in past that are not stable for more than a few hours. I probably should have taken the hint when he kept trying to talk me out of buying extra services. Maybe they need to be in court, about sick of the breach of contracts with an attitude. Old review was August 2024, this is how much downhill its went and how support has gone, 10 years supporting this company means nothing.

The menu clicked

The menu made sense once I switched the game language to English. I’d been stuck on that little issue, and support helped me sort it out without making it a big deal. After that, using the bot felt much more straightforward, and I could focus on the game instead of fiddling with settings.

Less grind

Honestly, it's a relief to spend less time on routine game tasks. The bot has taken some of that repetitive work off my hands.

Was good for the first 4 months

Was good for the first 4 months. Month 5 and 6 it force closes and doesnt do anything. They keep telling me its a "me" problem although after they "fix" I dont even touch it other than to check how it's doing. Customer support is beyond sad. I dont think they really know what they are doing

Endless struggle

I have been fighting with this program for 2 months. I've done everything recommended, done dozens of fresh installs, watched dozens of instructional videos. It always has one bug or another. It's not the Hyper V or my AV or anything like that. I've worked through all that several times. It's not my hardware. I bought a new computer JUST for this purpose. I monitor my resources, that's not the problem. Even worse, there is no option to leave the bot and emulator running continuously. That is absolutely necessary for MY game. As of my most recent attempt, GNBOT couldn't even recognize the emulator instances that it created itself. Absolute garbage. I have to assume the positive ratings themselves are produced by a bot farm.
