left without a clear answer
an unfamiliar subscription charge appeared on my account, and i had no idea what it was for. i hadn't meant to sign up for a game service, so figuring out how to stop it became the main problem. i tried to get an answer and ask about cancelling, but there was no clear resolution; the refund question was left hanging too. that turned a confusing payment into a really upsetting hassle. i shouldn't have to chase basic clarity about something i don't remember agreeing to. i was expecting a straightforward explanation, not more uncertainty.
