Shame I have to give it a 1 star Honestly worse customer service k have ever seen, as a potential stockist most companies can’t do enough to get you on board but no not game workshop. Weeks to get called back, finally get documents, sign and return then get fobbed off for weeks. Wouldn’t waste your time
Oh, the miniatures have so much character, and the artwork and lore make the setting easy to get absorbed in. They’re a pleasure to build a collection around; the price does make me pause, but the design is what keeps catching my eye. There’s plenty to admire when I spend time with them.

Preordered a box 2 weeks ago for release day (which is today), they haven't even processed it yet. So I'm seeing my friends and various randos post on the internet. I got nothing.
Absolutely brilliant company that are unmatched in the world today, artwork and the whole backstory are fantastic . Great miniatures.
They refuse to help me on an order that was shipped incomplete, it's obvious because of the package size. They are fine unless you actually need help with an order, avoid online at all costs.

had an issue with a defective item. customer service was amazing and allowed me to refund the item at my local branch (even earned a few pounds because the product I was returning had gone up in price!)
