Looking at 54 reviews, most reviewers describe a positive purchase, but the overall picture is divided, with a substantial group reporting serious problems. Many reviewers appreciate low game prices and discounts. Customers often describe browsing and checkout as straightforward, and many say game codes arrived quickly and activated successfully. Some repeat buyers also report smooth orders....
However, some customers report keys that did not work, regional mismatches, or orders that never arrived. Several reviewers describe slow or unanswered support when seeking help, refunds, or a remedy. Some subscription buyers also say access ended before the advertised term or required repeated reactivation.

A purchase that didn't go through... but the refund came right away, which took the sting out of it. The process itself was straightforward, and I appreciated not having to chase anyone to get the payment returned. Would have preferred the item to work out, of course, but the quick resolution made this a decent experience.
Products can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour to deliver from my experiences. Well at least, in my case, it's always the faster end, a couple minutes tops. The only time I had a problem with an order was with Xenoverse 2, it took just under an hour and failed, but they issued a refund immediately so all is well. Still a very trustworthy site to buy from, love the deals on here and I will be buying from this site in future purchases. I have never had an issue with the keys being un usable, already claimed or a different region. Just make sure you read before you purchase guys 🤙🏼
Was really impressed how easy it was to purchase a Steam game key and to have it activated on my Steam account. I was a little apprehensive at first as to whether the key would work. But it did. I’d order from Gameseal again.
A éviter absolument..
Product didnt work. Sent several support tickets and emails with no reply. Disappointing.
Terrible company. Purchased a youtube licence for 12 months. Stopped working after 7 months and they refused to renew, offering me £6 credit on their store! Avoid avoid avoid.
