Do customers generally receive working game keys?

Experiences vary. Some reviewers activated their purchases without trouble, but many report keys that were already used, duplicated, or otherwise unable to activate. Several say they eventually received a working replacement.

How quickly are keys delivered?

Some reviewers describe delivery within minutes or a few hours. Others report waits of around a day or longer, and one described a purchase that had not arrived after several weeks. Delivery speed appears inconsistent in the reviews.

What can customers do if a key does not work?

Reviewers who reported activation problems often contacted the seller or the marketplace handling the purchase and supplied screenshots or other proof. Some received a replacement key, while others said the response or resolution took too long or never came.

How responsive is customer support?

Some reviewers describe prompt replies and practical help, including replacements for keys that would not activate. Others report unanswered messages, delays, or difficulty getting a refund, so support experiences are mixed.

Do reviewers find the prices appealing?

Some reviewers praise low prices and describe purchases as good value. These comments are mainly from older reviews, and the set also includes customers whose main concern was receiving a key they could not use.

Have reviewers reported keys being revoked after purchase?

Yes. A few reviewers say a key that had previously worked was later revoked, with payment or account issues given as the reason. These reports are less common than complaints about keys that failed to activate initially.

Duplicate codes

Several codes turned out to be duplicates, which made the purchase a frustrating gamble.

Frustrating first impression

Frustrating first impression: several keys I received were already claimed, and I wouldn't risk another purchase.

Quick delivery but a used key

My purchase was delivered quickly, but the key was already used and could not be activated. I contacted the seller through the marketplace and received a replacement that worked. That resolution improved my experience, although I had to spend time reporting a problem that should have been caught beforehand. I would describe the service as acceptable, but not completely dependable.

A resolved activation issue

I received a key that had already been used, so my first reaction was disappointment. I contacted support, supplied the requested proof, and received a replacement that worked. The response was reasonably quick, and the issue was ultimately resolved without leaving me empty-handed. I still think key checks should be stronger before delivery, since a failed activation creates unnecessary effort for the customer. Even so, my experience ended positively because the support process was practical and the replacement solved the problem. I would consider buying again, although I would prefer more reliable first-time activation.

Kinguin - Gamekeyz.net - Key

Top, vielen Dank!
