Bought a windows key which didn't work, got a replacement and neither one of them worked, got fed up with troubleshooting and went to another keysite where the key worked instantly. I'm sure they'd help me if I kept mailing back and forth with them but I don't have the time nor the energy for this over a 2 dollar key.
