System glitch holds order hostage – Terrible verification process

I placed an order today for a PS Plus 12 Month Membership UK (Order ID: #1974729), and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Their verification portal completely glitched out. As soon as I clicked the "verify" button to see what documentation was required, the system immediately finalized the request and submitted a completely blank form before I even had the chance to upload or attach anything. Now, my order is completely stuck in their processing queue because of their broken system. I had to manually email my identification documents to their support team just to get this moving. A digital delivery service should not have a broken portal that holds paid orders hostage. Very poor system and experience.
