Chair cancillation

I recently cancelled a chair from furniture online but it had already left the warehouse to go to the delivery firm. James at furniture online was a great help and actually was able to stop delivery to me and have it returned to the warehouse . This saved me the worry of returning it and waiting for the refund to kick in.Cheers to all at furniture online.

Great after sales service

I've purchased a Malmo settee which is nice and comfy. It's a new line so had a few teething problems but James went above and beyond to sort them out.

One of the chairswe purchased only 3…

One of the chairswe purchased only 3 years ago has worn through the covering with some seams splitting. This is just through daily use by one adult. We have asked the company to replace as it clearly is sub standard but they refuse, saying it is excessive wear and tear on our part. Having had a realky good purchasing and delivery experience with this company i am extremely disappointed with their follow up support. I am still pursuing them for a replacement or full refund. The second chair has had a cover on it but the “ leather” has worn through in the places the cover does not reach. The reply they have given on here is so disingenuous. Unless they have many complaints of a similar nature they are fully aquainted with my attempts to secure recompense.
