Stock wasn't there

The darts I ordered turned out to be out of stock, and a refund was on the way. The offer of extras with another order didn't make me want to try again.

Darts points and K-Flex were good quality, and I found a set I couldn't get elsewhere. really pleased.

Ordered a new Winmau PVC Precision…

Ordered a new Winmau PVC Precision Oche. Smooth process. Dispatched on the 16th. Recieved this morning. Delighted with it. Will definetly order from this site again. Thanks to the Dartcity team.

Avoid this sham of a company they take…

Avoid this sham of a company they take your money and don’t deliver. Guy on the phone was as use as trying to speak to a toddler no help at all. Tell you items was delivered the day it shipped make that make sense. PLEASE save your hard earned cash and avoid!!!!!!!

Ordered darts points and k flex . Great quality and Chris was a gentleman to deal with . Was a set of darts that I could not get my hands on Anywhere also .

Dont get darts delivered from these

Ordered darts last week, 2 to 5 working days to be delivered was told yesterday that it will be a week or so before the darts i ordered are back in stock. Shouldnt be taking orders if yous dont have them in stock . Update i have refund from darts city on the way . Chris was nice about situation offererd some free stuff if i ordered again i'll not be ordering stuff online from website

Order confirmed and a week later told item is out of stock

I ordered a set of darts from the website and called the shop the following day to confirm the order. The guy on the phone placed me on hold to check they had the darts available and came back advising they do, he has them in hand and will post that day. I then received a mail a few days later saying this product was sold out and not available. The website says same day dispatch but a week later I'm advised the darts are not available. I will not be ordering from this company again and would advise everyone else to do they same

Ordered lights from them was told item was shipped waited 10 days nothing ,got in touch only to be told it wasn't shipped at all and didn't have item remaining

I purchased new points

I purchased new points, flights and accessories from DartCity and the level of communication was brilliant. I had a query which 1st led to my purchase being a phone call query and then I subsequently ordered online. My dealings with JP and Chris meant the goods I ordered are spot on just the way I wanted them and the price was better than other big names , im delighted to say the least.
