Was told there were several dvds which…
Was told there were several dvds which were well worn and not eligible for payment. I have no such dvds in my collection. I requested they be sent back to me and they never were. No one has even responded to the emails I have sent requesting they be sent back. Coincidentally it just so happens these "well worn" dvds were the most valuable ones sent. I will never transact business with your company again.

Items "Not Returned", order "On Hold" Indefinitely...
My package was delivered a week ago, and it was promptly put "On Hold". I sent close to 10 emails, asking how to get my Trade In processed (Order: 1468233), only to get no response. This is after, 6 CDs that were rejected from an order (Order: 1467852) a month ago were never returned to me.

The products sent did not get fully paid for. I was told id get around 50$ or more but only fot 30$ for the entire order sent.

The whole process was so easy. Scan your items and ship them off. They received my items within the same week and was notified I'd receive payment that same day. Would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!
