I pre ordered the battlefield hardline for a long time ago. (8/26/2014) i ask for the key but they said "wait for the game releases" and i wait for a long time. Emailed a few times and they said "Thank you for contacting DigiKeys sales team, a member of the team will respond to you shortly." No ones respond me. Game is released and i ask you again. Can you give me my key?
Bought Borderlands 2 from them over a week ago and still have not received my key. I've sent multiple emails and I have not received a reply from either of them in regards to me receiving my key. EDIT Apparently the company is no longer operating. Received an email shortly after with a refund and with a message that leads me to believe that they are no longer selling keys. I don't know why the website is still up.
I purchased a BF4 Premium key last night and I was told to contact their email for a key. I still have not received a reply. If I knew that there would be such a delay in delivery, I would have just spent the extra few dollars on Origin..
Customer service was very fast and effective, but the fact that I needed to contact customer service means I cannot give full 5 stars review. I was promised a code was to be sent on day X, but in the evening few hours before midnight it hadn't arrived. Emailed customer service and they sent it to me within 5 minutes.
