No region fuss

Nice surprise. The code activated without regional trouble, and delivery was almost immediate. Exactly the no-fuss result I was hoping for.

Checkout stayed simple

Checkout was straightforward, and the specific game keys I chose cost less than on Steam. Nice not having to fuss with the process 🙂

Scam

Website use autogenerated reviews that change on the refresh of the page, transaction shows Amazon (not kupikey) and the key is not delivered. Nobody, I repeat, nobody answering customer support!

I purchased a DayZ (Deluxe Edition)…

I purchased a DayZ (Deluxe Edition) Steam key for 1,939 RUB on KupiKey without creating an account, and the entire experience was a disaster: Unauthorized merchant billing: The transaction appeared as "Amazon" on my bank statement instead of the store's name. System processing failure: The order got stuck in "Processing" status and was never sent to my email. Wrong & used product: After contacting support, they provided a key for a completely different game—which turned out to be already activated. Refusal to refund: Support refuses to refund the money or issue the correct, valid key for the item I actually paid for. Bottom line: They took the money, failed to deliver the ordered game, and supplied a spent key for a random product. I am now forced to file a chargeback through my bank for fraud. Avoid this site!

Decent service, but watch out for random key bundles

I have mixed feelings about KUPIKEY. On one hand, I bought a couple of specific Steam keys here, and the delivery was almost instant. The prices were genuinely lower than on Steam, and the activation codes worked without any regional issues. The website checkout process is also quite straightforward. On the other hand, I decided to try my luck with their "Random Steam Key" bundles, and it was a total waste of money. I got games that are literally free or worth a few cents, and none of them were actually playable or interesting. Also, when I had a question about my order status, customer support took almost a day to reply. Overall, it's a legitimate platform if you know exactly what game key you are buying. Just avoid the loot boxes and random deals.
