It's was my mistake not looking at…

It's was my mistake not looking at reviews here earlier before transferring my money. Won't answer my Facebook message. Hotline cannot be reached. Now I'm waiting for their code hoping they are just slow, not scammers. I'm seriously consider taking further action in worst scenario, since there have been some complaints on their Facebook for the same reason.

Dreadfully slow

Dreadfully slow, usually take up to days to ship an online order, completely opposite of their promise of “5-15 minute online shipping”. The website interface is virtually inaccessible with dozens of broken links. Customer service is beyond terrible where they can’t even solve the simplest problem, if they even respond at all.
