After placing my order and making payment for express shipping with this company, its past 2weeks with no response to any of my emails. I never got tracking or anything after purchase It’s a total waste! I was looking to get some quick ids and stumbled on some instagram vendor that delivered very quickly. I was very impressed at their quick response to my dms and great quality. Trustpointids definitely deserves to be praised.

Scam, maybe. Poor communication, definitely.

By I placed an order on Dec 1st. It took until the 17th for them to confirm the recieved my bitcoin payment. Since then I have emailed several times asking about my shippment and have recieved no response. I requested a refund today but find it unlikely they weill repsond to that either. Update: Order #1604, provided to me by your company in an email dated 12/4/25

I got great customer service

I got great customer service. Until I paid for my order with bitcoin. I tracked my order and got “Order Completed” message. I have sent two emails a day and absolutely no response. Unless by some miracle the order shows up which I doubt, this is a scam. Do not throw away your money!!

MAJOR CAUTION

MAJOR CAUTION I Ordered an ID and they responded well with questions I had prior to making payment. But once I paid in bitcoin (their required payment method) I have not heard back. Only way to contact them is by email and chat (which just routes you back to their email). I have not gotten ANY response to multiple emails inquiring about shipping my item although they promise a response within 12 hours. They LOOKED legit via their website. But unless and until I receive my package I DON’T BELIEVE IT. If I hear back and am satisfied, I will come back here to provide update. Until then BUYER BEWARE. In a reply and rebuttal from the company they claimed I did not have a real order number and was posting under false pretenses. I was given order #1220 I have a screen shot from the company but am unable to paste or Attach it to this review. If the company will make good on the order I paid for in untraceable bitcoin, I will retract this review. Updated 9/4/26
