Prices caught my eye

Low prices were the REAL draw; there's a good range of cubes, and I was fine waiting a little for delivery.

a bit torn

a little torn on this one: the prices made browsing appealing, but the site felt sluggish and sometimes got stuck. i also had to sign in again and didn't get an order confirmation email, so i relied on the information shown on the site. the replies i received were helpful, though not instant, and the products arrived in good condition. the value is real, but the awkward website and longer wait made the experience less straightforward than the low prices suggest.

Good value despite the wait

The cubes arrived in good condition and worked as expected. The low prices were the main reason for ordering, and the packaging did its job. Shipping was not especially quick, so this suits a patient buyer better than someone in a rush. Still, the products and value made the wait worthwhile.

I bought two cubes and a fidget spinner…

I bought two cubes and a fidget spinner for around $60 USD. Before ordering, I had read a lot of negative reviews about Cubezz, including complaints about customer service and concerns about fake products. Because of that, I feel obligated to share my positive experience. First of all, Cubezz has the lowest prices I've seen compared to any other cube store. I contacted customer service several times with questions about my order, and they were always helpful. They usually replied within a day, so while they weren't instant, I found their response time perfectly reasonable. My order was placed on the 13th and arrived on the 30th, so the whole process took about 20 days. There was a small delay because one of the cubes I ordered was actually out of stock, even though it appeared to be available on the website. It took about a week to leave their warehouse, then around 10 days to travel from China to Spain. Once it arrived in Spain, it was delivered the very same day. So if you count only from the shipping date, it took just 10 days to reach my home. If your order is under $60, I highly recommend paying the extra $5 for Registered Shipping. Trust me, it's still much cheaper than buying the same cubes from most other stores. The products I received appear to be genuine, brand new, and in perfect working condition. Everything was well packaged. One of the boxes had a very small dent, but it was nothing significant. That said, I think the website could be improved a lot. It can be slow, sometimes gets stuck, and I often had to log in again every time I visited. Also, I never received an order confirmation email after purchasing—only the tracking information and the order number on the website, which is where I mainly communicated with customer support. I also think they should keep their stock information more up to date, since I checked that my cubes were listed as in stock before placing my order. Without a doubt, Cubezz will be my first choice for buying cubes from now on. In a hobby where prices keep getting higher, it's refreshing to find a store with such incredibly competitive prices. Don't let the negative reviews scare you away. My experience was excellent from start to finish. The waiting time isn't the most enjoyable part, but if you're willing to wait a couple of weeks, the savings are absolutely worth it.

Whether I will ever get this

Whether I will ever get this, I very much doubt. I had an email that it was posted 3 weeks ago, only to find out today that they haven’t even made it yet. £80 waste of money.

Cubezz? Never again

I ordered Moyu smartcube in "standard charging version" and with "gyroscope core", as the article description said. It came with NO charger and NO gyroscope. I had to order a charger separately for 9$, and they refund that only if I send it back which costs me 15€ from Germany. All in all I paid 50% more for a cube with less functionality. Their customer "support" is terrible. Or non-existent. You can read the full story if you google for freshcuber and cubezz.

Estafa, baja calidad y falsificaciones

Son una estafa, venden productos de baja calidad y falsificaciones, además cuando te quejas o surgen problemas te hacen pagar más para solucionarlo o te aguantas, son unos sinvergüenzas
