Worth the wait

The cube itself is the strong point: mine arrived in good condition and feels like a solid buy for the price. It did take longer than a local order, so I wouldn't choose it when speed matters, but the value made the wait worthwhile for me.

Avoid like plague

Avoid! The website and vendors are all China based despite the .co.uk website. The support email address given does not exist. Payment taken via the website is sent to a Chinese vendor, and I’m still waiting to receive anything. PayPal dispute open.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Terrible company to deal with! I usually check companies I don't know on TP before ordering and, much to my regret, failed to do so on this occasion. This is a chinese company masquerading as a UK company. They will take your money but you will receive no order confirmation or any other form of correspondence from them so will have no idea what the status of your order is. They are impossible to communicate with as none of their email, WhatsApp or Website messaging work. If you are in the UK and are ordering a Rubiks type cube, make sure that you use KewbzUK and not these charlatans.

Really fast delivery

Great! Saw the reviews but I had to buy it anyway but it is china based but arrived in only 2 weeks and everything was there and it was really cheap. Will buy again.

Excellent items

I have ordered three cubes from here now and they have all been fantastic. High level magnetic cubes (7x7, 9x9 and 8x8). I do feel the website name is a little misleading as it implies it is a uk based store where as they are based in China hence why the cubes take around 2-3 weeks to arrive. After I ordered the first two cubes I realised they were taking a while and that was when I realised they were based in China. I googled the company and the reviews were not favourable. I panicked and contacted the company. Within 30minutes I had a detailed reply with the shipment codes/tracking numbers for Royal Mail and the cubes came as promised. For the third order again the details on shipment and tracking were thorough and the item arrived safely. I would recommend this store as I haven’t had any problems that others report, the cubes are great quality and the communication and tracking information has been excellent

No returns. No customer support

Based in China not UK. Cubes arrived, cubes broke. Despite multiple emails to them they never once replied. Have had three shipments from them and we’ve had issues with each. Zero customer support and clearly no ability for returns.
