The server has been dependable for our group, and tweaking the settings hasn't turned into a chore. There are useful options to work with without making the control panel feel like a puzzle. The price also seems fair for what I get... that combination is what made hosting here worthwhile for me.
Easy servers
Really handy to duplicate a server setup instead of rebuilding the same settings from scratch. I found the configuration options flexible, and getting another setup going felt straightforward. That saved me a lot of fiddling when organizing a cluster, which is the part I cared about most.
I have used several hosting services, and this has been the most comfortable for managing a private gaming server. The administration panel gives me detailed control over configuration while remaining clear enough for ordinary maintenance, and I can make changes, install mods, and organize server settings without unnecessary difficulty. Performance has generally been steady for our group, with little disruption during play. The pricing is also reasonable for the functionality provided. When I have needed assistance, the available support has been useful and knowledgeable, which gives me confidence in continuing to use the service.
I set up my server quickly and found the interface much easier to follow than expected. The settings are clearly presented, and I can adjust options or manage mods without having to search through confusing menus. Our group has experienced smooth performance, and the service has been reliable during regular play. I also appreciate the fair pricing and the useful backup tools, since restoring a complete setup is much less stressful than rebuilding everything. Support has answered my questions when needed, although the wait can sometimes be longer than I would prefer.
I have found the service dependable and straightforward to manage, with a control panel that makes configuration, mod changes, and routine adjustments easy to understand. My server has remained stable, and the available tools provide useful control without unnecessary complexity. I also value the reasonable pricing and the ability to restore important server information when needed. Support has been helpful when I have contacted it, even if responses are not always immediate. For my gaming group, this combination of reliability, flexibility, and clear administration makes the service a strong long-term choice.
If the customer service doesn't know how to fix your problem, you are given then "let me talk to my boss" excuse. They also operate on Linux so don't expect a lot of mods on your server to work unless they prioritize your game they service. Servers are also quite laggy eventhoough I paid for unlimited CUP and RAM usage to prevent that in the first place.
Server host is great, easy to understand web interface and set up only took me a few minutes. Havent had any issues with the server at all. Great service and good hosting
As far as server hosting sites go, user friendly, fast, and easy to follow steps to guide you through customizing each server, prices are comparable as well. Would recommend 10/10
Started using their services on Jan 21, 2025 and all looked great , the price was and still is one of the best out there but having a Rust server means you have to make sure that you attract players as many as you can by working/paying for advertising just to have your server down becasue of some issue from their side , tech support takes hours to reply and by the time the issue is fixed you lose all of your players so you have to start all over again . It happened so many times that i had enough of losing all the time players and had to terminate the account and move to a different hosting because the last issue keept the server down for over 24h and people on discord ( because it wasn't only me with the server issues ) were posting in support with no reply from the staff even tho they were online . In the end the owner reply "had notifications turned off" so i decided to move somewhere else .
